After the potatoes are transported through the conveying equipment, the stacker crane evenly distributes them in the warehouse. The 5SD-40 potato stacker crane is mainly composed of a counterweight base that can swing left and right, a main frame, a telescopic frame, a conveyor belt drive device, a hydraulic system, and an electrical control system. The whole machine is moved to the warehouse or field operation area by traction equipment, the power is turned on, and the stacker crane is moved short distances and adjusted in position by operating the handle, so that the stacker crane is in the working position. Select the power port for the work position and connect it. First, control the hydraulic system to ground the chassis, adjust the left and right ground wheels to be in a swinging state around the base pivot, then extend the telescopic frame to the appropriate position according to the warehouse space, and adjust the discharge port to the appropriate height. When the "manual/automatic" knob of the operating handle is turned to "automatic" and a limit object is set near the left and right tire travel switches, the stacker crane can achieve automatic swinging left and right, start the conveyor motor, and the whole machine is in a standby state. After the potatoes are transported by sorting and conveying equipment, they fall into the receiving hopper of the stacker crane and are stacked at the target position by the conveyor belt. The operator switches between "manual" and "automatic" states according to the potato stacking situation, adjusts the length of the telescopic frame and the height of the discharge port. When the telescopic frame shrinks to the shortest or longest point and cannot meet the stacking requirements, the working position of the stacker crane and its connected equipment should be adjusted according to the stacking situation, and the above operation should be repeated until the entire warehouse is stacked.
